Baron’s exclusive hydrology data delivers an improved, more localized perspective on rainfall over local and regional areas. The data operates seamlessly within the OmniWxTrac® and VIPIR® systems, displaying rainfall totals and estimates in varying increments. In addition, an automatically calibrated Z-R Product enhances the accuracy of the hydrologic data products.

Meteorologists can pixel-query individual points of hydrologic data to determine projected values. Totals and estimates can be instantly displayed over the mapping, showing which areas can expect greatest potential for flooding.

The hydrology package provides extremely high resolution, as detailed as 1km.
