Basic Maintenance Plan

» Remote diagnostics using desktop streaming capabilities
» 24/7 on-site PC support with 4-hour response
» System replacement in case of hardware failure (ships in five business days)
» Free access to NEXRAD Level II and Level III archives
» CONUS mapping updates every 6 months
» Free technical support (8am-5pm Central Time)

Premium Maintenance Plan
Includes all items in the Basic Maintenance Plan, plus:
» City Streets® mapping update every 24 months
» Extended hours for technical support (8am-1am Central Time)
» Loaner systems within 24 hours whenever a hardware failure has occurred, in addition to the System Replacement plan
» Free training at Baron headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama
