How StormWarn Works
Once a watch or warning is issued by the National Weather Service, StormWarn can go to air automatically, reaching your viewers with up-to-the-minute weather advisories. The standard color-coded county maps and alert crawl are here and accounted for, of course, but so are the optional live radar/NEXRAD display, Amber Alerts and more.

Baron products are always designed around the broadcast meteorologist’s needs. To that end, they must be user-friendly, and StormWarn is no exception. Thanks to a dual-screen setup, it offers a unique level of flexibility and usability. Graphics and color schemes can be easily set up in one screen, while final output is displayed in the other. It is the visuals in this screen that are sent out to the public, seamlessly overlaid onto TV programming.
