How Hydrology Data Works
Baron’s localized hydrology data helps you get a better, more localized perspective on the effects rainfall is having over your viewing area. This plug-in data operates seamlessly within the VIPIR and FasTrac systems, displaying rainfall totals and estimates in varying increments with all the site-specificity of your storm tracker. And due to an automatically calibrated Z-R Product, it also reaches a new level in hydrologic accuracy.

Meteorologists can pixel-query individual points of data to determine precipitation rates. Totals and estimates can be displayed for the viewers’ benefit in this way.
