How FutureScan Works
FutureScan employs the advanced technology of Baron Services and MIT to project radar reflectivity up to an hour into the future with an exceptional degree of accuracy.

With it, your meteorologists can view projected data in 5-minute increments. And because FutureScan is a perfectly integrated feature of VIPIR and FasTrac, its data is presented at the same localized level you’re accustomed to. Plus, this capability allows you to show your viewer past, present and future in a single lapse.
