Thanks to the meteorological expertise of Baron’s advanced modeling subsidiary, BAMS (Baron Advanced Meteorological Systems), you have access to revolutionary site-specific forecast data products, integrated exclusively into the VIPIR storm tracking system.
How BAMS Forecasts Work:
The difference between the BAMS Forecast Module and other forecasting products lies in its localized accuracy. Current conditions can be displayed, and then extended out to 98 hours, all at street-level, with an astonishing precision.
You can display all these products—fronts, temperatures, precipitation and more—within the existing VIPIR display. And since the data is a part of VIPIR, these products can be manipulated in real-time, with no rendering required.
The integration of BAMS’ sophisticated modeling data into VIPIR is another example of how Baron Services takes the best technology developed by its affiliated companies, and applies them to its broadcast weather products. This kind of hard-hitting science, coupled with VIPIR’s visual prowess and storm tracking capabilities, makes a complete weather solution—an all-in-one, multipurpose box that you can use rain, snow or shine.
