1999 - FutureScan
Baron Services' VIPIR clients are the first to bring viewers FutureScan. FutureScan, in conjunction with MIT, estimates with amazing accuracy the exact location and intensity of storms out to 30 minutes, in 5-minute increments.

Baron Services' clients are also the first in the country to show viewers Snow Machine, the only real-time winter weather analysis tool of its kind. Snow Machine remains a Baron Services exclusive.
2000 - Automatic Storm Tracking and SCITS
FasTrac clients are the first to alert viewers with automatic storm tracking. Millennium S.C.I.T's (Severe Cell Identification and Tracking) vastly enhance the speed and accuracy of storm tracks, making accurate automation possible. Patented and proven, Millennium S.C.I.T's remain today the industry's only accurate automated storm tracking technology.
Localized Hydrology
Baron Services' clients are also the first in the nation to bring viewers hyper-accurate rainfall totals. Hydrology today remains the only service of its kind, pinpointing exact rainfall amounts nationwide in 1, 3, 12, and 24 increments, updating every 5 minutes.
