BTI Provides More than 30-minute Lead-time during Jackson, TN Tornado

Beginning at 6:29pm (about 30 minutes before an EF-4 tornado struck Union University), the BTI began showing a value of 8 in VIPIR, providing a strong signal that a tornado was becoming likely.
